If you are using your cart in the normal way, and not overloading it, and something happens to one of the metal parts... then your cart is covered by the manufacturer's LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY! (Except as noted below.)
The same goes for the "one year warranty" which lasts until the anniversary of the purchase date. Be sure to keep your receipt as proof of warranty service for the one-year warranty items.
Every part on the cart is covered under normal wear conditions, except for: the wheels, straps, and cords which all have normal wear. Also excepted are any carts that specifically state another warranty -- such as "one year warranty."
Please make sure the load capacity on the cart you are purchasing exceeds the load capacity you anticipate needing by at least 30-50 lbs -- (use your bathroom scale to get an idea of the weight of your load, before you purchase) -- that way you will probably not be guilty of overloading your cart (which would void the Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty).
Replacement wheels can also be purchased from the manufacturer. Just ask us!
IT'S TRUE! If you own a Norris Products Inc brand of luggage cart -- wherever you purchased it -- we'll assist you in contacting the manufacturer for service or repairs.
