We regret to say that we will no longer ship to Canada and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our Canadian friends and neighbors.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We will ship your item within 3-to-5-business days anywhere that UPS goes in the continental United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii. 

All shipments are FOB bestluggagecarts.com

Partial shipment may be made if necessary and balance of order will be backordered until product is available.

LUGGAGE CART RETURN POLICY:

PRODUCT NOT AS EXPECTED
Returns are happily accepted only with prior Return Authorization approval. Restocking charges of $15 will apply.  Buyer agrees to ship all return products freight prepaid and in original cartons. Contact us within 10 days of delivery, for a refund of the purchase price, product must be unused and packed securely in original carton. Please contact customerservice@bestluggagecarts.com for return authorization.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WHEN RECEIVED
Please contact customerservice@bestluggagecarts.com for warranty and replacement procedures.

The transportation company acknowledges receipt of our shipment to Buyer in good condition by signing the Bill of Lading. It is the buyer's responsibility to make all damaged freight claims directly with the transportation company.
